Providing players with a ‘brand new’ way of playing the lottery, Scan-N-Play enables players to buy a physical ‘Fast Play’ ticket from a retail location before scanning the ticket on the Illinois Lottery mobile app. Illinois Lottery has unveiled a new draw-based game, combining retail tickets with online play in its new ‘ Scan-N-Play’ feature on its Fast Play game.
